Staffing Policies

As a Northamptonshire County Council (NCC) Maintained Nursery School, the Governing Body has adopted the entire NCC Human Resources Handbook containing policies and procedures for the management of staff which have been negotiated and agreed with recognised trade unions. These policies are not included on this website but include policies relating to all aspects of HR issues including Whistleblowing, Recruitment and Selection, Equality and Diversity, Pay, Grading and Allowances, Working Hours & Leave, Employee Obligations, Sickness & Absence, Performance Management, Discipline & Grievance, Redundancy and Redeployment, Trade Unions and Health and Safety.
