We are looking to appoint a Finance and Administration Officer from 19 January 2026 to work in our busy reception office:

  • 26 hours per week – Tuesday to Friday 9.30am-4.30pm
  • NJC Grade G, scale point 8 to 12 (£26,824 to £28,598 FTE) Actual salary £17,040 to £18,576.
  • Permanent Contract for 41 weeks per year (term time and training days plus 2 weeks)
  • Start Date: 19th January 2026

The successful candidate will be self-motivated but a team player at heart, able to see the value to the children in all they do. They will have excellent communication, financial and organisational skills, and will work closely with our current Finance and Admin Officer, the School Business Manager and Head Teacher. The key purpose of the role is to provide financial and administrative support for the business of the school and to maintain a welcoming reception area for parents, children and visitors.
